As a Software House with experience in cybersecurity, we specialize in creating mobile and web applications as well as delivering IoT solutions, working mainly with the industrial sector, IT companies, and e-commerce.
We are looking for a Power BI Consultant / Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Power BI solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, architect data models, and create interactive dashboards and reports. Your expertise will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and helping our organization stay at the forefront of our industry.
You will
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and define reporting requirements,
- Design and develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive data visualizations,
- Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and maintainability,
- Lead the development of ETL processes to integrate data from various sources,
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI solutions,
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team,
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices,
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise,
- Promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
Must haves
- Minimum 3-4 (Senior) and minimum 2-3 (Regular) years of experience in Microsoft technology in Data Modeling & Visualization – Power BI, including advanced DAX and M language skills,
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
- Strong knowledge and experience using AAS,
- Proficiency in DAX programming language and Power Query,
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying,
- Knowledge and experience in ETL processes,
- Proven work experience with a minimum 2 years in a similar role,
- Great communication and interpersonal skills that allow to effectively work with the client and hold discussions with the team,
- Great communication skills in the English language (B2+),
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with other data visualization and BI tools,
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS,
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices,
- Certifications in Power BI or related fields.
