You will

 

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned IT consultant with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology migration projects. This person should be well-versed in ISO/IEC 25000 standards and have a deep understanding of different software development environments, including traditional programming languages like Java, as well as modern low-code/no-code platforms. The candidate should be able to offer comprehensive insights into the selection and implementation of technologies that align with the client’s strategic goals, particularly in terms of security and compliance.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must possess excellent stakeholder management skills, as they will be required to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical senior stakeholders and guide teams through the implementation process.

 

Skills required

 

  • Minimum 5 years (Senior) of experience in the field of Information Security  and/or Information Technology  with minimum 2 years of them focusing on the Information security field.
  • Extensive Experience with ISO/IEC 25000: Deep understanding of software quality requirements and evaluation, and the ability to apply these standards to real-world projects.
  • Application Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of security standards and practices, with the ability to benchmark technologies to ensure robust security measures.
  • Programming Environment Proficiency: Strong experience with Java and familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, with the ability to evaluate their suitability for the client’s needs.
  • Technology Migration Leadership: Proven track record in managing complex technology migrations, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and senior business leaders.
  • Consulting Experience: A background in IT consulting, with a strategic mindset and the ability to provide actionable recommendations.

 

Ideally, You’ll also have

 

  • Experience with Multiple Frameworks: Familiarity with a range of software development frameworks and technologies beyond Java and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Large-Scale Organization Experience: Prior experience working with or within large enterprises, particularly in regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Emerging Technologies: Awareness of the latest trends and advancements in software development, with the ability to incorporate these into project recommendations.
  • Project Management Certification: Credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar, demonstrating a formal understanding of project management methodologies.
